Founder
Shaniqua Garcia is the Executive Director and founder of Inner Beauty Empowerment Project, Inc. In June 2004, she graduated from Brio Academy Cosmetology School and is a Master Stylist and owner of Inner Beauty Salon and Suite LLC located in Atlanta, GA. In 2008, she also earned her Bachelors degree in Sociology and a minor in Business Administrations from Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, Connecticut.​
For the past 10 years, Shaniqua has been working with youth in multiple community programs. Through the creation of Inner Beauty, Shaniqua has combined her love for working with youth and her skill as a licensed stylist.
