Inner Beauty Empowerment Project mission is to provide self-enhancing services and curriculum based enrichment programs that address self-esteem, life skills and health & wellness to youth and young adults in urban communities.
Our History​​​
Inner Beauty, a program that was conceptualized in 2003, was conceived to address the powerful correlation between physical appearance and self-esteem. In 2006, Inner Beauty LLC was officially established and since then, we have developed into a non-profit organization that has serviced over 1000 young women. We have served a range of needs within court-ordered residential youth facilities, group homes, family shelters, school systems and universities in both New Haven, CT and the Metro Atlanta area. I

Our Vision​​
Our vision is to plant seeds of positivity into the lives of youth so that they are able to embrace their individuality and formulate healthier lifestyle choices that will promote successful futures.
Our vision is achieved through the collaborative efforts of trained volunteers and local community institutions that are also committed to seeing youth become successful in the future.
